Shipping Info and International Orders

on orders of $50 or more within the United States.

Simply look for the  logo to enjoy free shipping on selected items throughout the store. If the items in your order which qualify for 'Free Shipping' total $50 or more and you have a US shipping address, your order ships FREE!

Standard Shipping Terms:

GIZMO will attempt to ship to any location in the world – a legitimate address provided!
Orders usually leave our warehouse within one business day.
Our shipping rates aim to reflect actual costs charged by the carriers, while also rewarding larger order sizes.

Shipping rates are as follows:

Within the US:
  • $5 Standard Shipping for any size order under $50 with US Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 days)
  • UPS Ground – Live rates calculated at checkout
  • UPS expedited services - Live rates calculated at checkout.
  • $12 for any size order with US Postal Service Priority Mail International
  • Please contact us should you desire any other shipping method.
Rest of the World (Paypal Payment for order and shipping ONLY – Credit Card Orders won't be processed):
  • Upon completing your order, please select the “Rates Unavailable. We will contact you.” option and DON'T process the Paypal payment.
  • We will get in touch with you providing you a just and reasonable quote for your order overseas destination plus the order amount.
  • Now you can go ahead and pay the full amount quoted via Paypal.
  • Only after having received written authorization and payment from the customer, will we process and ship the order.
We gladly research other shipping methods for you, especially if you order small quantities and are not worried about speed.
Simply contact us with your inquiry and we will then email you a quote with the actual shipping charges and the total order amount within one business day. 

Depending on the order size, destination country, and delivery speed chosen, a single pair of socks can ship for under $4.
GIZMO is not responsible for custom delays in receiving country.

Exchanging or Returning an Item 
You have ordered the wrong product, it does not fit, or you simply don't like it. 
NO PROBLEM!!! Any unused or faulty item can be exchanged or returned within 1 year. 
Please contact customer service for more information on exchanging or returning an item. We will provide you with instructions to make the process as flawless and hassle-free as possible.
